Grammy Awards: Cece Winans, Hillsong Worship, and other winners

Gospel music ministers shine bright at the just concluded 60th Edition of Grammy Awards 2018. CeCe Winans, Hillsong Worship, and Reba McEntire were among the stars who took home Grammy awards in the Christian music categories.
Cece winans won “Best Gospel Performance/Song Award” for Never Have To Be Alone and “Best Gospel Album Award” for Let Them Fall In Love.
Hillsong Worship bagged the “Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song” for their highly acclaimed song What A Beautiful Name. In a statement posted on Twitter celebrating their victory on Sunday, Hillsong Worship emphasized the message of the song “What a Beautiful Name“.
“Jesus The most incredible Name & has transformed our lives. Thanks @BrianCHouston @bobbiehouston & team,” tweeted the official Hillsong account.
Famed country music singer and producer Reba McEntire, also won the “Best Roots Gospel Album” with her Sing It Now: Songs of Faith & Hope album.
While Gospel minister Zach Williams took to social media to express his “shock”, having won the “Best Contemporary Christian Music Album” award with his Chain Breaker release.
The 60th Annual Grammy Awards took place on Sunday Jan. 28th, at the Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The Best Songs from different genre are nominated and rewarded for excellence.
